With the heart of a magpie, Brenda has collected bits and pieces for many years -- now assembling them into memorable pieces of jewelry. Also experienced in wire techniques and chain maille, Brenda offers an ecclectic selection of styles. Animals themes also factor into many of these pieces, as she chaperones her daughter, Kate, through the English equestrian show world.
What began as a gallery shop of American made folk art morphed into an obsession with the craft of traditional hooked rugs. Yards of wool -- over dyed and as-is and finished rugs and wall hangings -- all curated and created by Sandy Williams. Since learning the traditional technique from Emma Lou Lais in 1988, Sandy has passed along the basics and love of the craft to many enthusiastic newcomers, as well as hooking well over 500 rugs -- from chair seats to a 8' x 6' bed rug.
